Start with a scoping conversation.

The analysis begins with this call. The result is a clear read on the problem, its context, and the shape of the engagement that would make sense to build.

Two ways to start

Depending on your context and preference — both get the same response.

Book a scoping call

A 30-minute video call. Live conversation, same-week availability.

Best when urgency is real, when context is hard to write down, or when you want a direct read on whether we are the right fit before committing to anything.

Email directly

Written, async, at your pace. Replies within 48 hours on business days.

Best when you prefer to anchor the conversation in writing, when internal alignment needs to happen first, or when you want to keep a written record of the initial exchange.

What helps this work

Not hard requirements — but these conditions make the conversation faster and the scoping sharper.

A clear decision owner.

Someone authorized to confirm scope, priorities, and change control.

Without a decision owner available for the scoping call, we recommend resolving that internally first — the conversation is less useful without them.

Access to key artefacts.

Roadmap, workflow, KPIs, tooling map, recent incident logs — whatever exists.

Not required before the call, but signals readiness. If nothing exists yet, say so in the email or on the call — that is diagnostic information in itself.

Willingness to implement, not just discuss.

Every engagement ends with artefacts to run the system from — signed, owned, applied.

If the expected output is advice only, with no intention to change how work runs, we are probably not the right fit.
